An organized, warmly lit private residential wine cellar

Private cellar management

A collection designed around your life.

From a dedicated wine fridge to a room of several hundred bottles, Avery makes every choice more intentional—and every bottle easier to enjoy.

The real luxury

Never wonder what to open again.

Tell Avery the menu, the mood and who is coming. She can recommend what to pull, when to chill it, whether to decant, which glassware to use and what to replace afterward.

The service begins with your palate and your routines—not a list of expensive labels. Everyday bottles, local discoveries, gifts, aging wines and special occasions all have a place.

You keep the pleasure—and the purchase.

Every bottle remains yours. You purchase directly from licensed retailers or wineries, while Avery provides the research, judgement and personalized shortlist.

Already use a cellar app? Avery can work with it. Prefer something simple? A carefully maintained spreadsheet can be the perfect starting point.

A Saturday message

“We’re serving calamari, roast duck and cheesecake for six. What should we pull?”

Avery recommends the bottles already in the cellar, when to chill or open each one, whether anything needs decanting, and the most flattering glassware and serving order.

After dinner, the inventory is updated and the missing styles become a short, personalized replacement list. One message turns a collection into genuine hospitality.

Good to know

A cellar service without the intimidation.

What if my collection is only 24 bottles?

That is enough. Avery can organize a wine fridge around everyday dinners, entertaining and a few bottles worth holding, then let the collection grow naturally.

Will Avery work with my existing cellar app?

Yes. She can work with a client’s preferred platform or begin with a carefully structured Excel inventory when simplicity is more useful.

Does Avery purchase or take possession of my wine?

No. Avery recommends and records; the client chooses and pays the licensed retailer or winery directly, and the collection remains in the client’s possession.

How private is the service?

Client preferences, inventory and entertaining notes are treated as confidential working information and used only to provide the requested concierge service.

A personal first step

Let’s make your cellar useful, personal and alive.

A 30-minute conversation is enough to decide whether a one-time audit or ongoing concierge relationship makes sense.
