The best wine class never feels like class.

Avery brings warmth, stories and expert guidance to your table—creating an evening guests talk about long after the last glass.

At your table

Curious, social and completely personal.

Choose a theme—Okanagan discoveries, Oregon Pinot Noir, Old World versus New, sparkling wine, blind tasting—or let Avery build the evening around your guests and menu.

Every tasting includes a clear run-of-show, tasting notes, glass and temperature guidance, and just enough education to make each pour more interesting.

Good to know

Everything guests need to relax into the evening.

Who buys the wine?

The host purchases all wine directly from a licensed retailer or winery using Avery’s tailored list. Avery’s invoice covers planning, coordination and professional hosting.

Does Avery prepare the food?

Food stays deliberately secondary. Avery creates the pairing brief and can coordinate with a trusted catering partner for tapas, boards or small plates.

What does the host need to provide?

A suitable table or gathering space, enough glassware and water for the group, and any venue information Avery needs. Rentals can be recommended when required.

Can the evening use bottles already in our cellar?

Absolutely. A Collector’s Evening is ideal for opening meaningful bottles with the right preparation, pairings and story.

How far will Avery travel?

Private events are designed for the Central and South Okanagan, with destinations beyond the core area quoted individually.
